ok the commish called me and asked how this should be handled so here goes(he caught it right after the mon game) we can only do one waiver pick-up a week and if you have dropped someone you CAN NOT pick him up again the rest of year so the guy who drafted melwede moore drops him after week 4 and picks him up again and plays him this week and wins by twelve. his second choice was shawn alexander... no one had over ONE point ON HIS BENCH THIS WEEK I said in fairness of the league (either one of us played him) that the 26 points m.moore had be stripped and he be given the one point his highest bench had, so he gets a loss.. the last (7th) playoff spot is determined by most points who doesn't get in by record so it effects the whole league. does this seem right or since the week ended do we just let it ride?? thanks

ok at work but heres the reasoning behind the way he does it 1. back ten years ago when he was in someone elses league the commish was doing all the paperwork by hand(no ff sites) the guy was dropping a stud that was on a bye and not telling anyone then picking him up right away the next week.. basically cheating so he has had that rule ever since he started his own league. we started using rtsports 4 years ago so maybe this rule should be changed. 2. he uses it as a team management thing to really make you think what the ramifications may be if you do drop a guy from your team. 3. eliminates potential collusion issues as we have a waiver system that if you don't get anyone in a week you move ahead of all that did. thats it really from what he's saying he will take the points away give him a loss. he (offender) knows the rules and has been in league 5plus years.

Just found out one of the other teams who was behind said team in the waiver order had m. moore as their pick so now m.moore should go to that team(who knows if he would of started but probably right?) and the guy who picked up moore wrongly will have to take the second person he had down on his waiver pick....S.A ...getting messy'er

Yes the rule is dumb in my opinion too, but we all know it. actually it was after week 5 he dropped moore and he does have fwp but we'll see thanks
