    need some help please

clemens against a poor defense. barber-better odds for getting the ball, especially near the goalline, doesn't have to share with peterson. bryant johnson based on last week's production. fitz will probably be doubled (i say that as a fitz owner too). please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=304704

    QB WW help

i think bulger is hurt. if gus ferrotte on the ww? if not , i'd go with kitna too. dallas doesn't have that great of a pass defense. EDIT: http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/5197/news News and Notes Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Football '07 PLAY NOW Dec 4 Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams QB Marc Bulger (concussion) passed a neuropsych exam Tuesday, Dec. 4. He has been cleared to practice Wednesday, Dec. 5. He is expected to start the team's Week 15 game, unless he experiences some complications later in the week. KFFL Dec 4 Bulger (concussion) passed his neuropsych exam on Tuesday and has been cleared to practice, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Recommendation: Keep in mind, Bulger hasn't been cleared to play yet, just practice. However, it's a very good sign and unless he experiences any complications during the week he will start against Cincinnati. If Bulger does suffer a set-back then Brock Berlin would get the start due to shoulder injuries suffered by back-up Gus Frerotte last week. However, the fact that the club did not sign free agent QB Todd Bouman on Tuesday suggests they're very confident that Bulger is good to go. please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=304704

Can I trust any Bungals from here out?

it's also not "rocket science" that rudi didn't play in 3 games and only had 4 carries in another game that was sandwiched inbetween the games he missed. when you're hurt, you may not perform as well as you usually do. also, he's more of their pounder and not watson. his ypc may be lower due to that too. rudi's healthy now. he's been carrying the rock the last 2 games. that is who they've been giving the ball to. he's been scoring td's. none of the other backs have. cin. has a good schedule for rushing the ball ahead of them. he'll be the one that they give the ball to. the playoffs are about who's been producing LATELY and good matchups. rudi is the rb on that team that has been doing that lately and had good matchups. you do with that what you want.

    Drop LJ and Hackett?

i personally think that lj is done for the year. i don't have anything to back that up, but from what i just read on yahoo, he's not going to be back in wk 14. i would dump lj for sure. hackett is a harder decision. if i had to choose between the two, i would drop lj. please answer mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=304704

whats the status of larry johnson and fitzgerald?

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/6762/news News and Notes Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Football '07 PLAY NOW Dec 3 Head coach Ken Whisenhunt is optimistic that Fitzgerald (groin) will be able to play in Week 14, according to the coach's Monday press conference. Recommendation: It sounds like the Week 13 rest was beneficial for Fitzgerald. If fellow starting receiver Anquan Boldin (toe) is unable to play in Week 14, Fitzgerald could be in for a big day.

Can I trust any Bungals from here out?

oh really? according to the box scores of the last 2 games he's outrushed them both and got more carries than both. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/boxscore;_ylt=...gid=20071202023 http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/boxscore;_ylt=...gid=20071125004 he's also scored a td in both those games. the one game that he only got 34 yards rushing was against pitt. they've only given up THREE rush td's this year. rudi's was one of them. they're also 2nd in the league in rush d and first in pass d. that's a pretty stiff defense to go against and he still scored. the rush defenses he's going against are ranked below: St. Louis 1:00pm-19th in rush d, given up 12 rush td's (that's 5th worst in the league) Dec 15 @San Francisco 8:15pm-26th in league in rush d, 8 rush td's allowed Dec 23 Cleveland 1:00pm-28th in rush d, 6 rush td's given up this year Dec 30 @Miami 1:00pm-dead last in rush d and next to worst in the league in rush td's allowed. these figures come from below: http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?tab...;seasonType=REG also, the stl. and cle. games are in cincinnati. that's cold 'pound the ball" weather up there now. i don't know what reasoning you're using in coming to that conclusion, but from what i see, he's probably going to do well. the track records of the rush d's he' going to face is pretty bad. i think i'll take my chances with him in the playoffs. i'd advise everyone else to do the same.

week 13 waiver wire pickup for defense

jets defense did very well against pitt 2 games ago and completely sucked this week. they could be a good ww pickup for week 13 vs. miami. anyone have any better defense ww pickups in mind for next week?

the catch with that is that Carolina is playing SF
  14. stonecoldsoonerfan

Yep, it's safe to say that you should NEVER draft a QB early

this is EXACTLY what happened in my league too. he isn't kicking butt, but he's hard to beat when brady is on and obviously he's on this year.

How many times will Kitna get sacked this week?

this is why i'm not starting kitna myself... -------------------------------------------------- Lions OT George Foster vs. Giants DE Michael Strahan Foster has taken nine false-start penalties this season, most in the NFL, and has been missing blocking assignments, too. Now he must face Strahan, the NFL's active sacks leader, and Green Bay Packers defensive end Aaron Kampman within five days. Foster is still making the transition from Denver's relatively simple blocking schemes to offensive coordinator Mike Martz's complex offense. http://sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/news;_ylt=...upstoexploitwee

WILL KORNHEISER JUST SHUT THE FOCK UP!

if i wanted to hear about social issues, i'd watch the news instead of the ball game.

Anyone see Ray Lewis's pathetic interview

dude, it wasn't anywhere near dennis green proportions. not anywhere near. he said what he said, but it wasn't SCREAMING at the top of his lungs, frothing at the mouth with steam coming out of his ears with blood veins popping like green was doing.

Who else is getting killed by lack of WR production?

fitzgerald and harrison (one in each league). thank God i have coles in both. he was a steal for me. hope he gets healthy soon. he's my only true consistent wr. consistent in a good way.

    KU Jayhawks...BCS Bowl Bound?

the fighting manginos will have to play oSu in stillwater. that will NOT be an easy game at all. also, they will probably have to play OU in the big 12 c.g. in san antonio. that won't be easy either. they still have a ways to go before saying they're bcs bound.
