But this is the DA that brought a case forward where the lender said they werent defrauded and that they used their own evaluations, which is also never prosecuted. So this is about payback and restoring order. And, yes, I am totally OK with that. Best case scenario: Nobody gets prosecuted. Worst case scenario: only one side gets prosecuted. If I can't have the best case, I definitely dont want the worst case.
