  1. I guess he was right. You are thinking about him.
  2. The indictment says zero personal use days declared and that there was no actual personal use. I mean what are they supposed to do write every single date and make sure to specify that on that date there was no personal use? "Zero personal use days" and "no actual personal use" are incredibly definitive terms. Now possibly they are lying and the grand jury believed them, but also possible that James rented the house to a pimp and he used it as a brothel.
  3. Do you even know what you are arguing anymore? I mean according to you we cant say that based on the indictment she didn't use it for personal use, even though it says that. But you can just come up with all these different scenarios, lol? I mean she fixed it up now. Good god.
  4. Crazy that she didnt declare any personal use days.
  5. Congrats. You found an airbnb in that area. "This home is in the bottom 10% of eligible listings based on ratings, reviews, and reliability"
  6. Also if she stored her pet unicorn in the garage.
  7. Stayed with her niece once. All requirements satisfied! You guys are a riot today.
  8. Husband- "hear me out, lets buy a second home in Norfolk" Wife- "Oh, yes, lets go look on the coast, it is beautiful in the fall" Husband- "Ummm...I mean at Lafayette and Perrone" Wife- "die"
  9. "hey honey, lets look for an airbnb in the ghetto for this weekend" Said nobody ever.
  10. Lol. Dude. Look where the house is. You think she was ever planning on living there at all? As far as the airbnb talk thats all ridiculous too. There isnt a single airbnb in the vicinity of this place. They are all on the coast.
  11. Did your friends all lie and say it was primarily for their use as a second home?
  12. The only careful wording here is you. I mean come on. You are saying the indictment didnt say it, the idictment says she filed tax forms that say it. Lol. Where else would she have indicated personal use days? This is just typical lloyd christmas nonsense.
  13. That isnt the issue here. The rates are higher on investment properties compared to second homes.
  14. Hahahahaha. Tim the lying fake jew weighs in. Tell us tim the lying fake jew, what did you hear on talk radio today? I mean what are you going to lie and say you heard on talk radio today?
  15. Fannie mae generally regards long term rentals as 12 months.
  16. The one year term was breached according to the indictment, as it stated she has declared zero personal days of use for tax purposes. It does prohibit long term rental, as you cant have a long term rental that is primarily for personal use.
  17. If you have a signed second home rider it is literally an agreement that you will not rent out the house. In exchange for agreeing to this, you get a better mortgage rate. According to the indictment, she signed a second home rider.
  18. Not if you have a signed second home rider for the lower rate.
  19. Why do you keep bringing this up? Who cares? If she bought a house she claimed was going to be a second residence and then used it as a rental in 2020, she is guilty.
  20. Then you wouldnt be asking about events in 2023 when the indictment is for events in 2020.
  21. You really should read the indictment.
