Currently the accountability for owners of a company ends once an employee has presented documentation. I think it should stay as is because we generally dont want employers doing the work of ICE and doing deep investigating into whether or not the employees are presenting false documents. I can be convinced though that the laws should be changed where we require this because that basically puts more unofficial ICE agents out there and that possibly could be a net positive.
