Whataboutism is a widely employed logical fallacy when there is flimsy or nonexistent defensible arguments to be made. When employed, it’s essentially the same as surrendering in a debate, which helps explain why MAGA relies on whataboutism so heavily.

I'm no Joe Biden fan per se. Nor any defender of the Democratic Party and it's apparatus that seems to think they can appoint the next candidate. Which I am willing to discuss. But let's be clear. Donald Trump is an anti-constitutionalist, at best, which is to say it's easy to debate if he's a traitor, which he is. And what helps enable him is cult-like behavior, like this. It's not the only thing that sustains his power, the money part is important as well. If I come across a bit pointed, it's because I don't believe in kings, dictators, emperors, and the like. I believe in the strong other branches of government and a weak executive, like the constitution calls for in the Articles and the amendments.
