Other countries are making trade deals and shutting out the US. Trump isn't "destroying the global economy". Just the US economy. Which was the best in the world before he was elected. And the MAGA rally goers cheer, probably because they have nothing to lose anyway. They're not the crowd that saves in their 401k every year, they're the losers who blame immigrants and Obama for their lack of wealth.

Pretty quiet in here after the Fed Chair called Trump a dope today, which everyone already knew, oh and the market dropped another 3% today. Great job on the self-own. Again, guy could have done nothing and just taken credit for the solid economy left to him. Clueless.

If this wasn't such an important issue, it would be hilarious to point out how dumb someone must be to think the economy was bad in 2024, and how obvious it is that Trump focked it up in 2025. Imagine having a great teachable moment present itself to educate your child about the constitution, the right to peaceful assembly and free speech, and because you’re such a dumb, gullible, partisan dope you instead make a hateful comment and teach him that instead. The problem is you have to be right twice. You also need to correctly time when to get back in. The market usually has like 10-20 really high upswing days a year. If you’re out during those, it’s too late. I understand where you’re coming from, but sitting tight is the correct move imo. Everyone has unique circumstances and risk tolerance.
