Who would you rather have rest of way-- Ivory or Ingram? Thinking about offering AJ Green (have Julio) for one of these guys in a trade. .5 PPR 14-team league
I am leaning towards Ivory, but I'm a Jets fan so may be biased

benching manning for Stafford . Starting Kelce.

When i saw Bradford walking out of the tunnel i saw a look in him that i havent seen since he played at oklahoma and i saw a future HOF weirdest feeling, but i think we are going to witness a QB most people gave up on change his entire career.
Turns out the look you saw in him was... not what you thought it was.

OP here with the follow-up... I lost by one point
I went with Jeffrey. If I had played Ingram I would have lost by 5.
I blame Sanchez.
-
I know. Bennett is going to kill me. I feel it.
-
I agree (with both, unfortunately)... my only concern with choosing jeffrey are 1) the forecast for rain, and 2) the fact that NO have something to play for, and chicago doesn't.

I am in a virtual tie with my opponent going into tonight. 14-team league, 0.5 PPR. I can play either Jeffrey or Ingram in the flex spot. He has K Stills and M. Bennett. I figured I'd go with Jeffrey, but suddenly not so sure. Also, who has the better chance to win and go to the 'ship? Ifeel like it's about 50/50...
-
Quick! Which one? Right now Jeffrey on my bench. 0.5 PPR.

Welp, Geno didn't suck on that last drive. But the Jets still didn't get the win.

I think Calvin is a better pick. Mainly because Peyton is so good, he doesnt have to throw to DT. He'll take what defenses give him and might ignore DT for a half or a whole game at a time. other weeks he'll have a monster game depending on matchups.
After the way Denver torched opponents last year, i think they might run the ball more, other teams will take their chances with Ball and make him beat them instead of Peyton. Similar to what happened in New England the year after Brady/Moss went crazy.
On the other hand Stafford is very dependent on Calvin, even with all the new weapons, i think he'll still force throws Calvin's way, and calvin will be a more consistant fantasy WR because of that. Also they play in a pass friendly conference and should be in plenty of shoot-outs.
Thanks for the explanation behind the pick. Consistency over boom/bust makes sense, in a head-to-head league.

I have the 7th pick in my draft today. League is 14 team, .5 PPR, start 1 RB, 2 WR, 2 Flex. I will take one of these two guys with my pick, assuming one will be there, and they come out about equal in every projection I see (including here at FFT). I am leaning towards the younger guy but I am wondering if anyone has insight or opinions. I think most people opt for CJ in this case.

I have the 7th pick in a 14 team draft and I'm wondering the same. Scary to think what will be left at RB when I come back around at 8th in the second round. But at 1-7 probably much better value with an elite WR or QB.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm coming round to the idea of getting Cox. Unfortunately, looking over my roster, I don't think I have a hole for Cox. Not one I'm comfortable with, anyway.,
-
Weird. That's my choice too. I've played schaub so far in weekd one and two but today I think I will go with dalton...
-
Geno is already better than Sanchez.
-
I was thinking Buffalo at home vs. Cam and the Panthers... anyone else?
-
Crap. Probably will still start him over lance moore... but worried. Is that dumb?
-
I'm starting Tate (and Foster) over Lacy and Lance Moore.
-
Hey me too! Currently starting Tate in flex over Lance Moore and Lacy. 0.5 PPR. I also have Arian Foster starting. But may switch Tate out for Moore before Sunday. I'm thinking either of those better options than Lacy this week.
-
I am keeping him in lieu of my first round #10 pick. Pretty easy choice in the end. But if I had a top 5 pick the choice would have been much harder.
-
How far would Arian Foster have to drop in Rd 1 before you grabbed him? Or are people flat out staying away from him this year's draft.
-
My league does 6 pts. I didn't like it at first, but the commish wanted to simulate how important the QB is in the real NFL, and now I kinda like it.

RUNNING QB
This is the factor making me lean Luck as well-- the injury-prone issue, from being more likely to run. OTOH the same factor makes him more potent near the goal line.
-
I am going with Dallas at home vs. Cleveland.
as a Jets fan, I would also recommend STL...
