I listened and there was no mention of the government mandating private tech companies to “hand over” personal data of ALL citizens. The first women is talking about monitoring social media for hate crimes. The second is about using your real name only on social media to reduce bots and disinformation, and also hate speech. Both are good.

Why does race matter?

There is no American liberty related to hate speech, and there is no right to be an anon troll in the Constitution. Try again.
