Red White and Blue ?

What a play by David Wright!!! The Phillies had a man on 1st and Pat Burrell slammed a ball down the 3rd base line. It would have been 2nd and 3rd with nobody out but David Wright made a diving play to his right and snaged the ball and the Mets were still able to turn the double play. As it turns out the next batter singled and that would have tied the game up. The Mets Win It! Billy Wagner gets the save and the Mets take a 7 1/2 game lead over the Phillies. This was their 6th straight win too. Alright!

Wagner came in and walked the 1st guy and was 3-0 to the next but managed to strike him out. But the runner on 1st was running and he was thrown out at 2nd to end the inning. We go to the 9th. Oh, The Braves lost again tonight. This could be a great night for the Mets.

It's the bottom of the 8th and the Mets still lead 9-4. If they win they'll hold a 7 1/2 game lead over the Phillies. The Braves are already 10 games back. I love seeing that. Phili does have 2nd and 3rd with only 1 out. Hr!!! It's now 9-7. So much for beating up on them. They still have a 2 run lead. Wagner is getting ready.

Not sure. I was only able to watch parts of the 8th and 9th inning. I did see Mariano strike out the last batter to end the game. And I did see A.Rod's last at bat. He struck out and the fans once again booed him.

I'm watching the Mets beat up on Phili 9-4 in the bottom of the 7th. Trust me I'm a Mets fan. With the Yankees always being on tv it's almost imposible not to watch them. After the Yankees play their games their Yes network shows the same game 2 or 3 more times. It's called Yankees encore.

Who cares? I know. But the Yanks just beat the Indians 1-0 to end a 4 game losing streak.

I don't think it's all that bad. It's on Fox.

I liked how intense he was with them. Cursing them out for almost anything. The part where they had to cut the 10 ounce steaks was funny. Some of the steaks had holes in them and were really thin. The last guy who had no experience at all almost pulled it off for the mens team. The women in the hot tub was a nice sight too.

You can visit Ben in the hospital too. Have a nice trip!

I don't think she will be able to keep him from seeing the baby. He could either take her to court for visitation rights. Or he could probably win custody of the baby if he's in a more stable/financial/emotional position. This could get ugly if he stands up to her. Also, if she didn't like him than why did she have sex with him? They should have used protection. I wouldn't beleive anything she say's.

Funny Stuff!

There are more over weight people now than there ever has been before. But as long as the nurses are qualified to do their job I wouldn't let it get to me. If you do let it get to you, you'll get sick, and guess who you'll have to go see?

Every once in a while I'll get a craving for an anchovie Pizza. I can only eat them on a Pizza though. Whenever we decide to order a pie I like to have a well done plain cheese pizza with a thin crust. I havn't had a pizza in a while though. Maybe I'll order one tomorrow.

What you say has a lot of truth to it. Although the Yankees did have a long stretch in which they came from behind to win. Remember the world series game vs the Braves when the Yanks were down by 5 or 6 runs late in the game and came from behind to win? That was a key hit in them winning it all. How about A.Boone. That was a game winning Hr vs the Red Sox that put them in the series. But they've had so many others during the past 10 seasons. I wouldn't even try to list them.

Tom Gordon only played on the Yankees for 2 years. But don't forget that Mariano Rivera was the Yankee set up man to J.Wetteland and they won the World Series that year. I'll add that it wasn't for long though.

Man, you go out for dinner and all hell breaks loose. Listen, Whatever happens this year to the Yankee players shouldn't be held against them. With Matsui and Schefield being out of the lineup for a long period of time one would tend to see the loss of average and power throughout the lineup. But Jeter is still hitting just under 330. The protection they give to the other players means more than you think. They had some success for about a two week period but it's a long season and with those two being out it's going to affect the team. I still think they'll be able to hold their own but I doubt that they will run away and hide like they could have if Matsui and Schefield were still in the lineup.

Ya can't get a base hit everytime up. That's why there are no 1000 hitters.

I don't know about A.Rod but how could you even add Jeter to your comment? Do you watch the Yankees on a regular basis? I'm a Mets fan, and even I know not to bash Jeter's play. Ever since Jeter came into the league he's been Mr clutch for the Yankees. Heck, his nickname is Mr November. Jeter 4 Rings > Ortiz 1 Edit. I'll add this because you put it in your post. D.Jeter is a #2 hitter. He's not expected to be the Hr guy. He is batting just under 330 and that is what he is expected to do.

Without knowing all the details of the area you live in, the way you describe your street and home layout I think you are cheating yourself. I would have started out with a price of 225K or more. The only thing that could happen is someone will come in with a lower bid. And let me tell you this, those people from NJ know that your price is a steal. I wouldn't give them the upper hand in the negotiation process. There will always be another buyer. Your house sounds nice so I don't think you'll have a problem. My in-law's are looking to buy a home in Myrtle beach. Are you near there? I'd like to see the listing. Could you please post a link to your home details. I'd like to show it to them. Are you talking about all the runs they've givin up or the runs they've scored? The way that game is going they might combine for 35 runs.

It would have been nice to see that guy just drag him through the streets after he knocked him down.
