Thanks, I'm leaning that way too but NFL.com is not crediting Luck with that TD.
-
Does that count as a Luck 'rushing" TD? There was no change of possession. THX

Go old school which means scoring it yourself (remember the late 90's?)
You and 5 other guys in your league draft the following before the games: (2) QB, (2) RB, (3) WR, (2) TE, (2) K, (2) DEF. Even draft 2 head coaches worth 5 pts a win.
Use you league's scoring rules. They all score points until eliminated.
$30 dollar buy-in, winner take all.

Needed 29.9, got 30.6 as the ball crossed the goal line before Kaepernick's knee hit the ground. Only 4 pts @ the half.
-
I also have Boldin on the bench who hasn't scored since the Clinton administration. Still rolling w/Crabtree, I think. Yes, I am, I think.
Fook. With Kap, I need 30-non-PPR.
-
30 pts. down, my opponent is done. I have Kaepernick and Crabtree, non-PPR. The 49ers better send off Candlestick in style.
-
Did my 1st 5 minute before the lineups lock switcheroo of the season on Jordy for Ellington. Now I need 30 from Gronk instead of 20. So sweet, so pure.
NBYS, dumbazz, FFS.

Picked them up this week only because Buffalo broke Carolina's secondary last weekend. I thought they'd be solid but wasn't expecting
what we saw Thurs. night. My opponent this week had Vick & DeSean. Only down by 2 going into Sun.

It's pretty funny when morons make fun of dumbasses like Aldon Smith while they sit in their mother's basements. The emoticons and the insipid repeated phrase at the end seals the deal here. The mods should lock this crap up, 4 pages of waste.

Never bench Stephen Davis. I win.
-
Accept it yesterday. Your WRs are serviceable. Williams & Ivory most likely will be drop fodder coming up for more help there anyways.
-
Just to add, I looked over the CBS Commish settings and didn't see any setting that add/drops can't be processed immediately if need be. Our league has a 11:59 pm cutoff each day except for Sun./Monday, obviously for approval.
-
My league has no roster move limits. 2 bucks for each add/drop and trade. The winner of the Bowl receives that money. Panic moves paying off down the line.
-
I saw this earlier and no disrespect intended to the OP but how do you figure you could switch a player that would've already played, bench or not?
-
That would be something to consider if we're stuck w/10 teams next year but hopefully we'll be back to 12.
-
I've been in the same 12 team league for the past 15 yrs. This year 2 people dropped out at the last minute, so we're going with 10 this season.
Like what's being said here, the teams are pretty stacked and there are some starters on the wire at the moment i.e. Roethlisberger, Rivers, Austin etc.
Yeah, I'm whining here but I like the way the 12 teamers play, lots of $2 add/drops that boost up the trade pool (the Champ gets all of the money there) & that probably
won't happen this year. My guess is that every game score will be in the 100's by each team and less chance for an owner to choke up his starting lineup It'll be different, hopefully as much fun.

This guy gets it.
To all you other guys. Have you ever stopped to think that maybe some people don't live by the same code of ethics as you? You just assume we're joking around because we don't think it's fun to take advantage of our friends. You can have fun playing in your uber serious league. I prefer a more balanced league.
Trade should be vetoed IMO.
Fail: to the folks in this league grousing about this trade. A typical low impact FF trade which might have potential to be one-sided down the line (& who knows which side, & honestly, WGAF?) Epic fail: You using "uber". I believe that's insipid Sex & The City talk and has no place on this bored.

It's hard to say. The talent on the team still leads me to think a turnaround is possible. That being said, it's now doubtful to me that Singletary will be able to turn it around, he just doesn't have seem to have the skills and/or temperament for it. He seems way too insecure also. Some people can be successful being a head coach without being a coordinator like Madden and Tomlin but it's clear that's an exception to the rule. Even if the 49ers rebound to be just mediocre, the York's would be prefer to keep him around to the finish the year so they can go after a Gruden or a Cowher, a coach of that stature would demand more power than they would prefer to give but the 49ers haven't had
skilled football people making decisions for years. On the flip side, 0-5 gives them no choice.

Another CBS entity, Showtime's Inside The NFL outside of the highlights is pretty much unwatchable too.
Collingsworth and Sapp both are the suck.
Tonight's cluster&$%# question. Who receives the points for Luck's fumble recovery TD?

Thanks, Dawg. The final word on our scoring is per the NFL.com site. They didn't credit Luck w/the TD.
