Finished 1965 A-code resto mods that I have ever seen, have all sold for anywhere between $18K to $32K. Not sure what stage you were at with your's. If you got a good, original survivor for $6K, you may have a little trouble reproducing that original buy the next time. The thing is, there are literally thousands of these cars out there. Really do your homework and you'll find the right fit when you're ready to buy again. Well over 2 million Mustangs were sold between 1964 and 1970... I'm just sayin'. Obviously, three months ago, he stuck his every last nickel into this thing. Problem was, he left himself nothing to fall back on in the event of hard times. Compound that with a craptastic business plan and you have a recipe for a financial disaster. Done properly, there should have been no reason for him to ultimately lose his car, home, etc. I hope all the gawking at scantily-clad beauties was worth it.
