    I drafted Terrel Davis late rounds years ago and since have always kept a late roster spot open for a shanny rb hoping to catch lighting in a bottle again. Got Morris late and I dont see shanny rotating backs as much this year.

    I have a degenerate gambler co-worker that is in a 10k league with mandatory weekly side bets with every team in the league. Those are negotiable between you and each team. You can be way up or down each week as the season progresses. A few of the owners are clueless. They just need the action.

    Wilson is a great pick. He will be competing to start from day one. I am excited about this underrated QB. I think its funny people rating picks against thier own draft boards. Like they matter. Irvin is a risk but I am not broken up about it. His college tape is amazing. Schneider needs both carpenter and irvin to pan out or he's gone. Wagner im not sure about. Depends on how carrol uses him.

    This isn't going to be easy, but here we go.

     

    I was wrong to sh!t all over the Russell Wilson pick in the draft this year. He looks like a legitimate future star in the NFL. Not only am I dumfounded, but I am dumb. In fact, I am an idiot. Thank you.

     

    Lame effort considering since the draft you have been puking out thousands of overly wordy posts letting everyone know how much better you are at evaluating talent than the rest of us, including people actually employed by the Seahawks.

    When I was a little kid they used to have college allstars vs NFL champion. I think it was a preseason game. The NFL usually always won. It would never work now, but the concept was cool. Maybe it was because I was 9 or 10 years old but found myself glued to the game the last few years it was on in the late 70's.

    What happened to this dude's 20 million or what ever he got as guaranteed money? Seriously? Sad Sad Sad. Charles Rodgers isn't doing much better!

     

    I have heard he is financially ok. He invested his money well. It is just got to be a lot harder to get oxycodone in Montana than it is on the streets of Oakland.

    At what point do you veto a trade? We had one come thru our league (standard scoring) with a guy who is 1-5 to another who is 3-3 .

    1-5 Trades Cam Newton

    3-3 Trades Josh Freeman, Brandon Llyod, and Antonio Gates

     

    This has sparked an uproar in the league.

     

    Could you please explain exactly what the uproar is about? Then we can assess whether its just considered unfair or something more negligent.

    So who ownes the team now? How does this work? Did somebody receive the Raiders in his will?

     

    Was thinking the same thing. Any kids? Handed down like the yankees? Does the team go up for sale in the off season?
