    Ryan Mathews

They really should just give Mathews total rest instead of just allowing him to skip practice then push that ankle in full-speed game situations. It's not like he's really helping them win ball games so why not sit him out until he's 100%?

    Aaron Rodgers

It's not the same thing. Butch pulled his "guns" out and did that California Quake nonsense. Rodgers skips all of that and simply goes through the motion of putting guns into side holsters. Rodgers "shooting" is not part of what he acts out; the gunslinging for Rodgers is whatever he just accomplished on the field during the game.

No, Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers

    Reggie Wayne a bust?

Most bad QBs rely on Tight Ends because they're easier to find in a pinch and usually open for safe throws. Peyton Manning, arguably the smartest QB in the league, was doing it the hard way but now is discovering that he can relax a little and just ride the TE gravy train. Same for hitting the other receivers not covered by an opposing defense's best corner. This has definitely robbed Wayne of his upside, but I'd hardly call him a bust. Manning's just too smart for Wayne's own good.

    Changing Scoring rules midseason

Bush league. You don't change any rules in the middle of a season

    Aaron Rodgers

Doesn't he also do some gesture where he pretends to put guns in holsters Wild-West style?

    Malcom Floyd status?

Even if Floyd manages to play this week, he's got a healthy, practicing, Vincent Jackson coming back in Week 12

    Keiland Williams.......

Keiland Williams didn't look all that good on the field and only got what he did because the game was a blowout almost immediately and faced a relaxed Eagles defense. If he truly was a superior option vs. Torain he would have taken a backseat when both were considered as Portis replacements. Torain gets another week to rest up his sore hammy and if he's ready to go he will get the starting nod (not Williams, who the Redskins would like to keep in the 3rd down and passing-down role).

Key D/ST teams for the playoffs

Arizona is fool's gold considering their points have been inflated by random DST touchdowns. In addition, their only D-line talent, Darnell Dockett, missed last week's game vs. Seattle (the first game he's missed in 7 years). He said it might have risked his season. He tweeted "Neck, Nerve, shoulder injury is serious as hell."

    DEF for Week 11

If you examine the Kansas City Chiefs, they have been consistently good over the course of this season with three forgivable exceptions: on the road, facing high-powered offenses (@Indianapolis. @Houston. @Denver). That's it. Every other week they've been a weekly double-digit fantasy defense. This week, they're at home playing the Cardinals who are nearly dead last in every offensive category (Points Per Game, Total Yards Per Game, 3rd Down Conversion, and so on). A couple of notes: Derek Anderson was sacked 5 times last week and we just learned his starting Right Tackle will miss the rest of the season. How you like them apples? In eight games, he's been sacked 21 times, thrown 8 interceptions (including 1 last week) and has 5 fumbles. Arrowhead will be rocking this Sunday.

    Best Remaining Schedule - RBs

RB's with the best remaining schedule ...right on the first page
  13. I also think Pittsburgh looked much more dominant without Big Ben...at least back then they could run the ball. Ever since Roethlisberger came back, the offense has been a mess and Mendenhall is no longer a factor. "Air Roethlisberger" has made this team worse than its record suggests.

    K. Williams' big game

I've been defending Torain for a while, but he absolutely had to play in this game to stay relevant. The fact he wasn't able to go was a nail in his coffin. Shanahan now has the green light to rotate all three running backs as he sees fit since Torain can no longer be viewed as the undisputed workhorse for this offense.

    Dwayne Bowe

I sat Bowe for M. Williams (SEA) who still had a big game (145 yards), but I really needed Bowe's fireworks to have a chance of winning my week. Damn.

    New England at Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh once again got away from running the ball early. At halftime they had a 2:1 pass/run. They deserved to lose.

Any Jets fans here? We need a new focking kicker.

Nick Folk kicked 63% last year...what gave it away that you needed a different kicker?

    Gerrard - is he ok?

Against the worst pass defense in the NFL, Garrard is a bust so far. It's all Maurice Jones-Drew (who has 15 carries in the first half alone to go alone with 2 touchdowns). With the Jaguars up 17-3, I don't expect much passing in the second half either. The only hope for Garrard owners is that Houston bounces back and makes this a game.

    Hate Yahoo! projections

I have noticed projections getting worse and worse over the years and it's not just in Yahoo. It's to the point where I have ignored them completely and just follow my gut. The write-ups on CBS are the biggest joke. There was some TE on a BYE week recently and their projection was that he "was no better than a TE2" that week...LMAO

    Is vetoing a ###### move?

When only 4 teams out of 12 are needed to veto a pending trade, rest assured no deals will ever get done. Owners in that situation can't help themselves and vote against trades just to disrupt player movement of any kind. It's ridiculous.

    Torain practiced..

Torain had a bright future in Denver, then got hurt, then was never heard from again until now. He got his second chance here in Washington, then got hurt, and knows he can't go out again. With Portis trying to come back, Torain knows it's now do or die. If he lets that door close it may never open again. He'll do everything to play on Monday and play as if his career depends on it (because in a way it does). If he doesn't shake off the durability concern, he's toast in this league.
