lol finally someone else who does total points.... been doing it for 27 years....its great..... I would not trade AP for AJ... i would for julio or A Brown or D Hopkins
Yeah most of my big money leagues are total points. Just think that HTH rewards luck too much. I get it the counter to that argument its more like real NFL , blah blah blah, if I have to most total points through 16 weeks I have the best team and deserve to win. Period.
-
I guess I would make the trade, I'm not familiar with TP leagues. So there is no playoff system? Just most points by years end wins it all?
Correct - through week 16.
-
LOL, yes those are Easy trades! You would have AP, Freeman, CJ, D Thomas and someone to flex and 3rd wr?? Your not going to start Carr over B Roth anyways. Yes please!

That a tricky one right there because Stevie appears to be flavor of the week, however, lets not forget he only has two tds this year and everyone expecting him to blow up is based on just HYPE. I'd rank the guy top with the better QB, and better season (6 tds this year) and not get down on him just because GB had a bad week.
James Jones
Austin
Stevie
Thanks for answering mine.

10 team, .5pt PPR, 3 Wr / TE Start, Total Points League, not HTH
QB - Ryan, Eli
RB - AP, Gurley, Dion Lewis, Blount, D Martin, D Williams
WR - Gronk, ODB, K. Allen, Decker, Moncrief
I am currently in 1st place by 100 points. The guy I would be trading is 200 points behind me and unlikely he catches me. I lose K. Allen hurts me and I like the upside of Gurley / Deangelo the rest of the year? Thoughts I may be giving up stud rb but does the situation warrant it??
-
I would hold tight. Sometimes the best trades are the ones you do not make and Maclin has only had a couple of good games this year. E Sand can get you 30 any given week. See mine:

Id try and sell high on Hilton if you can get something good (D. Martin, a legit number 2 of equivalent nature).. Thats what I'm doing. See mine

I'd take Peyton. Does your league penalize for ints? I'd still take him. Tannehill is too unreliable. At lease peyton will get you 2 tds a game. Alfred Blue is going to be in a committee now and outside of a fluke one good game he has it pretty worthless imo. Please see mine:

10 team league, .5 PPR, Start 3 WR/TE
QB - Ryan, Eli
RB - AP, Gurley, D. Martin, C West, Blount, D. Lewis
WR - Gronk, TY Hilton, K. Allen, Moncrief, E Decker
I have been offered ODB for C. West and Hilton. I am currently in first and the guy offerring it is not far behind (total points league) and lost Arian Foster with his remaining backs Ivory and McCoy. He also has Dem Thomas I could counter for maybe.

Yea miller has never been a first rounder.
I took him 10th the year after he had that huge playoff game for Miami. Edgerrin James post ACL i took 7th another bust
-
EEEEEEK DUDE ...a couple of those ring true for me as well as Ronnie Brown, Willie Parker, Dominic Davis, Ahman Green, Lamar Miller all first round bustts! Those are what come to the top of my head. Who you drafting this year?

Peyton - 4,600 yards 37.5 tds
Rodgers - 4,300 yards 35.5 tds
Luck - 4,400 yards 34.5 tds
Brees - 4,700 yards 30.5 tds
This does NOT account for any rushing for Rodgers / Luck. Looks like Peyton still has pretty good value given where his ADP is if you believe in the over those totals.
-
How did your team pan out if you took Gronk in the 1st round???
-
Where do you have him now in ppr / non ppr on Brady news? That is his Bovada Player prop for the year
-
I think you have to. Can't count on any of your number 2's to produce in any scoring format right now. Dez probably the most sexy trade bait given AJ underperforming.

I really don't see the downside to making the trade. Your not gonna start Mathews over Ingram or Forte or Forsett at this point so why not? See Mine:

10 Team .5 PPR 3 WR
Qb - Cutler, Newton, Romo
Rb - Lacy, Forsett, Vereen, Ingram, Richardson
WR - Cobb, E Sanders, Wallace, Garcon
I've been offered AJ Green For Lacy? I'm about 100 points out of first in total points league I don't think giving up Lacy will help the other guy too much. I know Wallace and Garcon are serviceable as my wr #3 but do I pass up the upside of AJ potentially when I can roll Forsett, Ingram, and / or Vereen rest of year???
-
Non PPR straight up gangster style ...all else aside....Mccoy has had his probs but he still Mccoy....
-
I wouldn't be so quick to give away those receivers to get Foles. Romo will come around if he stays healthy and you are giving away ALL you depth at wr including a budding young talent in Cooks. Let me ask you this how would you feel if Cooks explodes the next three games and Romo outscores Foles? Or all year for that matter? He is buying low on Cruz and Cooks and I just think I would sit tight (assuming this is a 3 wr league but even if not I wouldn't do it). Thanks for answering mine
-
Easy choice here Knile Davis. Thanks for mine.

.5 PPR 10 team 3 wr league
Qb - Brees, RG iii
RB - AP, Vereen, S Jax, Richardson, Forsett
WR - J JOnes, Patterson, Garcon, Wallace
I have been offered Cutler, Cobb, Stacy for Brees, Patterson, S Jax.
I def need the rb upgrade but hate to give up Brees and to see what Patterson does now that AP is gone?
-
10 team .5 PPR, 3 wr league:
Qb - Brees, Griffin
RB - AP, Vereen, S Jax, Richardson, Forsett
WR - J Jones, Patterson, Garcon, Wallace
I have been offerred Cutler, Cobb and Stacy for Brees, Patterson, S Jax?
Hate to give up Brees but need rb help and upgrade with Cobb?
-
I would take him early third. I think he outscores Graham this year and I like him over a healthy Gronk! Yeah I said that. I think we have yet to see his ceiling and more targets go his way with decker gone...remember..Peyton ....loves...his ..TEs
Bump. I am God

Projections by people who have the highest success rate of any one. Vegas is Vegas because they make money by making projections. To me these are the truest things you can get.
What he said!
