If Ingram is healthy enough to play I'm playing him. I don't have any other options. For what it's worth, every single digit performance by Ingram this year with the exception of one was followed up by a double digit performance. If he's healthy start him.

Built our new home in a development with a regional company 21 months ago. If I did it again, I would do the following: focus on structural not cosmetic. We could have extended our basement height by 1 foot which makes a big difference for $5500. Didn't do it and regret it due to duct work being low. Instead we did hardwood floors that are getting chewed up by the kids and dog. Be critical with the walk through at the start and one year. It's brand new and should look that way. Some builders will make you think that you are crazy for bringing up even the smallest detail. If it's in a development or not, find houses that the builder has built and ask to see finished models. It
Can be frustrating and rewarding. Take your time and try to make the best decision for you and your new home. Good luck

First weekend we moved into our new home, my son who was 2 is quite the acrobat. He was standing on the coach and fell backwards from standing up. His head was the first thing to hit the hard wood floor. We didn't have our throw rug down yet. I'm scarred by this. I made him sleep with us for days but he was ok. Anytime any of my kids climb on the couch I jump up and stand behind them. I also have gates at the top and bottom of my stairs.

I was 4th in line with waivers this week and can't believe he fell to me. if he's the real deal it could just make my season.

My only option was to pick up Dwayne Harris. I was not going with Riley Cooper Miles Austin. If he doesn't play I have insurance.

Yesterday I traded Stafford, Desean Jackson and Dunbar for Carson Palmer and Marvin Jones. I had Tannehil and got tired of him not getting it done.

For everyone passing on ODB, you are making a mistake. Sure, they have film on him now and cruz is coming back are both factors. I can keep Dez Bryant or ODB and my decision has been made. Is there a chance that Dez outperforms him next year, absolutely. The upside is way too high on him and even if they finish with similar stats, I'm ok with that. The chance that he finishes as the top fantasy player next year is what Im not willing to give up.

I kept Julio last year, drafted Dez with the 3rd pick and picked up ODB on wire in week 4. With that said, I'll most likely keep ODB with Dez being a very close 2nd. I have a while to make that decision.

I have him on my bench. Almost started him but kept matt ryan in because I have Julio. Thankful it won't matter in my game thanks to Arian getting me 44 today.

Whatever you do, get the extended basement height if it's an option. Property manager talked us out of this $5000 option and I'm kicking myself for it. Also, on your walk through, take good notes as issues are tougher to get fixed once you go to closing. We just built our home with a reputable builder and they overlooked a ton of cosmetic things like paint runs, tape on the carpet, etc. are they building a radon system through your house? We had ours tested for 3 days and if it's high, a pretty simple fan install in the attic blows it out. We are moving in our home today. Best of luck .

Thanks for the responses. Trade is done. Ingram is now on my roster and thielen will be replaced with Emmanuel Sanders or Tevin Coleman. Starting rb next to Ingram is Fournette. Receivers are Antonio Brown, Michael Thomas, DeVante Parker. Brees at qb with dak as my backup.
