Actually if you look at the data, the NATO countries started increasing their defense spending twice. Once after Putin invaded Crimea in 2014, and after the Ukraine Invasion in 2022. Trump didn't have anything to do with it.

You're repeating Trump again, not presenting facts. You did this yesterday with the tariffs too. Trump talked about withdrawing from NATO in 2017. Russia interfered in the 2016 election to try and elect Trump. Both facts.

We've already been over this. When Trump took office he immediately started weakening NATO. This is why Putin helped rig the election for Trump, why he wanted Trump in office, he knew he could manipulate him. He got Trump to say on stage that US Intelligence was wrong, that Russia never interfered, when we all know they did. Trump admitted yesterday that the hack us, didn't care. So Putin's goal was to get Ukraine without having to get sucked into a long drawn out war using Trump. After Trump left he invaded. Please don't tell us that Putin never invaded Ukraine during Trumps term because he was scared of Trump. The same Putin that showed naked photos of Melania the night Trump won? I think Ukraine can survive, yes. I don't think they will ever surrender nor should we force them to surrender. I think we should continue to pressure Russia to withdraw through sanctions and providing defense. The resolution is Russia withdraws or at a minimum, stops fighting and keeps what they have while NATO protects Ukraine. Putin will never do that unless he is forced to. And no, the war ending with a surrender is not a win for Ukraine. I don't know anything about Viktor Bout.
