Bush, the Gov of CA requested, and also the act states "make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States" and the riots did just that. It's a huge deal. The problem is that the indictment is fabricated. This is a sham indictment. Trump's own people said there was no case, he got rid of them, and replaced them with an insurance lawyer who has never indicted anyone, and this case will either be thrown out for selective prosecution or if it goes to a jury, a jury will never convict. OK, so no ICE agents have been assaulted, there are no riots. Start trouble, they are protesting, because this is America and in our great history we have always allowed and supported protestors. Why are they protesting? Because they don't agree with armed and masked federal agents disappearing people based on the color of their skin. It's something that we should all oppose in theory, yet here we are. So we can agree that there are no threats, and there is a reason why there are protests, but you still support the president sending the military to use their full force to stop these protests against the wishes of the state, which makes it an illegal act.
