You're not smart enough to understand that Tylenol cannot recommend pregnant women take their product as it opens them up to liability. It doesn't mean its not proven safe. It's not a gotcha.

Kenvue is not going to recommend taking tylenol for pregnant women because they can't prove it's 100% safe and in doing so would expose themselves to liability. So they say talk to your doctor, and the doctor will use all the best information to make a recommendation, and that is to take tylenol if needed. Kenvue also states that there is no link between tylenol and autism.
