I heard someone make a great point recently. Trump is a master at "dumbing things down'. He doesn't understand nuance or complex issues and neither do his followers. Case in point here in this post. This guy and magas as a whole don't have the intellect to understand nuance. So yes, violence is on those that commit it, but here's the nuance, when you instigate violence, then you're to blame as well. To dumb it down for the maga, it's like the bully who verbally abuses the kid all the time when the kid finally snaps and punches the bully in the face.
