You're wrong on a couple of things. I did see the Biden decline and acknowledged it previously. There are different signs and symptoms of dementia. Not every dementia patient appears "slow". Signs like forward lean, aphasia, repeating yourself, forgetting what you previously said, contradicting, anger, impulsivity are all signs of dementia as well.
