Appreciate the honesty. I agree with you that he has a severe personality disorder and I also believe he is cognitively failing. You might dismiss this behavior but I view it as a serious problem and detrimental to the US. We've never seen this before in politics, at least not in my lifetime.

The DOT grants over the 4 years for things like roads and bridges probably included some language to promote DEI like including minority suppliers in the bidding process.
