I care. I was just being honest. I have family members that live paycheck to paycheck, can barely afford groceries including eggs, and they voted for Trump because they believed he would lower prices on day one like he said. They have regrets.

The only fair solution for reducing SS expenditures is the addition of means testing. Reduce benefits based on your income until they phase out at like $200k or whatever number gives the best outcome.
