Padilla released a statement saying he is no longer detained, was not arrested, was just forcibly removed. So he didn't break any laws, they just didn't want him there so they gooned him out, threw him to the ground, handcuffed him, and then let him go. Would make more sense if he actually was arrested. I guess this is how Trump handles dissent now.
