    Trump INDICTED

He lied about the square footage of Trump Tower, he lied about Trump Park Place not being rent controlled, which inflates value. He inflated his personal net worth so he could get personal loans at lower rates from Deutsche Bank than he could have otherwise gotten from his commercial division. Strike doesn't know what he's talking about.

    I accept your surrender.

Yes, costs of goods and services have increased since they were first calculated back in the early 20s. Again, that's not a bad thing. Please see my earlier explanation.

No, you're still making money, but your rate of return is lower.

Energy costs are a small factor of inflation, so lowered energy costs would theoretically reduce inflation by a factor. Lowered energy costs could also spur economic activity.

No. See when you go from 9% to 4% inflation, then that is inflation going down. 9 is a smaller number than 4. Make sense?

Yeah bro you clearly don't understand economics. Let me explain it to you like you're 5, and you might actually be 5. Inflation is not a bad thing. Low inflation is a good thing, which is why the target is 2%. Inflation incentivizes people to spend their money. If people know their money will be worth 2% less next year, they will be more inclined to either spend the money or invest it elsewhere, which creates economic growth. This is good. What you're asking for is deflation, which is bad. During deflationary periods, people will hoard cash, which limits growth, resulting in more hoarding and a downward spiral. This is bad. To use your ass backwards analogy, it would be like destroying stories on an apartment building, not good. During inflationary periods, while CPIs increase, so do wages and salaries. The goal is for them to be equal, or even have earnings increase more than prices. It's all a delicate balance but trying to keep this at a 5 year old understanding, I'll leave it at that. Does this make sense to you? Any questions? Hopefully this will be the end of your idiotic posts about how you want to see deflation.

Data is your friend. https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/inflation-cpi It's a downward trend the past 12 months.

Never said that you screamed it was horrible, that was Bert. You aren't good at reading. You're also not food at math. Inflation is not still going up. Now are you going to admit that or continue with your clown show?

He ran over and killed his own dog last week. He might be going through some shite.

    This economy is so bad

I don't believe I ever screamed it is great, but feel free to point that out. I was just correcting Reality's false statement that inflation is not down. Inflation is clearly down, from 9% to 4%, but we should still be lower at 2%.

Target rate is 2% so where not quite there, but 4% < 9%. That's not debatable.

    Trump INDICTED

This is great! Trump is not only dumb, but he's lost his shite. Someone created a fake twitter account with a username similar to Judge Merchan's daughters old account, which is protected, and they used a profile pic of Trump behind bars. Trump saw it and thought it was his daughter's actual account and rage tweeted about it, violating his gag order. https://thespectator.com/topic/donald-trump-claim-hush-money-judge-daughter-false-loren-merchan/ Let's see if this judge has any balls...

Here is some data for you. https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/inflation-cpi If you can read a graph, you will see that the inflation rate peaked around 9% in June 2022, and has come down bigly since then, settling in around 3-4% for the past 9 months. Now with this data in front of you, are you still going to say that inflation is not down?

That's exactly what that means, dummy. See when people talk about inflation going up or down, we're talking about the rate of inflation.

His point is to denigrate Biden and prop up Trump, and in this instance he's using inflation as his talking points. Yes we can agree that the inflation reduction act didn't have anything to do with reducing inflation. And if we agree that excess monetary supply increases inflation, then we should also be able to agree that the $3T given away by Trump also contributed to inflation. And if we know anything about monetary policy we can also point to things like years of quantitative easing and negative interest rates as contributing factors. We can also talk about global inflation and supply chain factors, but RLLD chooses not to. Why is that? Is he ignorant or disengenious, or maybe both? I'm sure a science based honest guy like yourself can see this. And if we are really serious, we might want to talk about the trump tax cuts which placed more tax burden on the middle and lower classes, or his tariffs which caused inflation and hurt manufacturing jobs, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

It was RLLD that was going after Biden for destroying the lower classes dummy.

I think it was more than just saying words. He clearly thinks he won and he wanted his minions to do something about it. He wanted to subvert democracy. I think that's wrong. I don't think this type of person should be president.

I don't like Biden. He's my protest vote against Trump. And using critical thinking, an objective person can honestly state that he's done a pretty good job as well, even though he's a corpse.
