Hospitals are not required by law to treat non emergencies in the ER for illegals. Using the ER for primary care is a problem for both illegals and citizens, which is why we want more people enrolled in medicals plan that provide primary care, but you're against that too.

We're talking about illegals getting emergency care. They are getting emergency care regardless of what happens with this shutdown, so stop lying about how Democrats want to give illegals healthcare and that this is a battle over it. It's already happening.
