This is mostly false. While the jcpoa did allow Iran to enrich uranium for nuclear power the limitations were far below what is required for weapons grade and inspectors had access to the program. Further, in Trump's statement on withdrawal he never mentions that he wants zero nuclear. He mentions other items like a restriction on missiles, money and a statement that Iran does not want to destroy Israel.
