You weren't talking about two different units of measure. Seriously how old are you?

Not all of his voters. You sure, but most Americans don't like the power he is grabbing and prefer balanced govt. -

No, A Gov cannot just "pass things". You are wrong. Maybe you're referring to laws that are passed? That would be correct in that residents don't vote for every law passed by the legislators. You vote for legislators, and then they are elected and pass laws on your behalf. That's how it works. As far as "tax per mile", all I can find is a proposed new tax for driving. Instead of gas tax which doesn't hit electric vehicles, the new tax would hit them, with the intention to pay for roads. It would be a law, passed by the legislation, and not a thing that Newsome passes as a king. -
I just looked at a box of cheerios and there are no directions. Adjust your metal helmet.

He obviously has not declared himself king but he sure is acting like one, and people don't like it. Americans like checks and balances, respect for the rule of law and the constituion. -

Let me explain to you what is happening Trump is going to every pharma company and threatening them with tariffs in exchange for something he wants. Pay to play. This is simple extorsion, classic NYC Mob boss moves. In exchange for not getting tariffs, Pfizer agreed to the possibility of lower drug prices. This will primarily be for uninsured who pay full price. So instead of paying $1000 per pill, you might pay $800, As opposed to insurance having negotiated a $20 per pill price. The medicaid part is redundant because they already give medicaid discounts. There are also no details on pricing. Also worth nothing that maybe pharma companies already give discounts to uninsured or lower income, this is nothing new. What SHOULD happen, is that congress should pass a law with price caps, for all drug makers, including generic. But that would be a govt overreach, and Trump likes to bully and make deals so he's doing this one by one. Problem is he's a complete idiot so he's really getting nothing in return. Big pharma is much smarter than trump.

Trump sent 20 billion to Argentina for a bailout. China brokered a deal to quit buying American soybeans and buy beans from Argentina. Trump bailed out the country that swept the knees of American farmers. The Art of the Deal…

Trump updated all govt websites blaming the shutdown in radical left Democrats. He's loving this shutdown. He loves to fight and inflict pain on others.

Thats a lot of words to say you disagree with me. I pointed it out before, I'll do it again. The GOP can end it today by changing the rules to a majority vote. They don't want to. They want the fight. They want to play politics and inflict pain, cut programs, cut jobs, etc. Use your brain.

More Americans blame Trump and Republicans than Democrats for shutdown, poll finds - Washington Post https://share.google/6nL0KjpjaEESJL2go Interesting. I would have thought more people would blame Democrats based on the media.

And when they're regular people trying to feed their families, pay for college, live decent lives and they lose their jobs, oh well?
