I think Ukraine can survive, yes. I don't think they will ever surrender nor should we force them to surrender. I think we should continue to pressure Russia to withdraw through sanctions and providing defense. The resolution is Russia withdraws or at a minimum, stops fighting and keeps what they have while NATO protects Ukraine. Putin will never do that unless he is forced to. And no, the war ending with a surrender is not a win for Ukraine. I don't know anything about Viktor Bout.
