Stagflation is not "high" inflation you idiot. Stagflation is when you have inflation with stagnation. It's inflation without growth. What we saw in 2021 was high inflation but it wasn't terrible because we were also growing. Imagine prices going up, wages not, job losses, etc. that's stagflation.
