Acid terror attacks by muslims happen frequently in Europe. It's something they like to do.

All and all things went well. No signs of cancer, just the worst case of diverticulitis my doctor has ever seen. So bad that it attached itself to my bladder. They had to cut me open more to remove it. They were able to reattach my colon without any leaks so no shitbag will be needed. Very thankful for that. Recovery will take a little longer with the larger incision.
Thanks to all of you for the well wishes. As strange as it sounds, this place really is an extended family of sorts and helps us all through our day.
Except when you start a thread asking if anyone cares if 2 ffters were dead.

It is funny that this board seems so upset about the other.
One board has been around for years and has all of 4 more members signed in on it than one that has been around a few weeks.
...and the other seems upset that the other bored doesn't seem to care as much as they like them too. Even if a new website is formed, with this beetch fight between the boreds, you think new folks are going to think this is a great new bored to join? Most people also don't get the 'humor' with the digs on each other. Me thinks even with a website design, membership will not be much more than it is now. Just a hunch.

"Peaces" at fbg is looking very desperate. Kind of a turnoff to practically beg people to take a look at a new bored. Most people who have lives tend to be loyal, as in post a lot, on one bored. Good luck becoming big like fbg or even this bored (the football part anyway) even if you guys start it as a new website.

Yes. I realize that. And it embarrasses me. I REALLY REALLY DO NOT WANT TO GET INTO A POLITICAL DISCUSSION. But I will say a couple of things. Everything in this country has gotten so extreme to either the left or to the right. And both extremes sicken me. When I see people like Susan Sarandon (or other Hollywood elites that have no grasp on the real world) spewing out crap it makes me cringe. Sometimes Obama makes me cringe. Hearing about racism and people being oppressed in this country when it is almost as hard for a white male to get into a good college now as it was for a black male in the 1970s makes me cringe. WHEN SOMEONE AT WORK TELLS ME THEY WANT TO GIVE ME A PROMOTION BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN AND THAT IS APPEALING TO THEM, it makes me cringe. When an extremely large portion of my salary goes to support people I see on a daily basis collecting my money because they don't feel like working when I nearly blow out my tire on a huge pot hole every day or there is garbage all over the streets when I walk up to my apartment, it makes me cringe.
Mostly everything the far right spews makes me cringe much harder than everything I listed above.
Why does it have to be so extreme? Does everything need to be so far one way or the other? If you say you are a liberal, then you must be completely on board with everything that's on the pre-determined liberal ticket? Umm... No...
I am a liberal for two significant reasons and the conservatives made it so: Abortion and gay marriage. Sorry. Those are deal breakers for me. I can never get past that and I will claim to be liberal as long as both parties force me to make that claim.
And above all, I can't stomach the the Christian values stuff. Just can't do it. It has no place in government and I'm pretty sure the First Amendment tells me so.
But what you said represents exactly what is wrong with this country and the fact is, both sides are wrong. It's not supposed to be black and white, but they've forced us into that. I think we will be in a much better place when we can get back to the middle again and people don't have to choose a whole belief system based on either one extreme or the other.
