  1. I'm not watching a 10 minute video by a Russian sponsored propagandist. If you're able, you can reply using your own words.
  2. Yes he had due process and a judge ruled that he can stay here legally. He was illegally sent to prison anyway. He's not a terrorist. He has no criminal record here or in El Salvador. It was alleged that he was MS-13 for 1) wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and 2) an informant in NY where he never lived. It was never determined that he was in MS-13 and he denies those allegations. He was a legal resident of Maryland, married to a US citizen with American kids. No charges, no record, and he was sent to prison. The govt admits it was wrong to deport him, the SC court ruled it was wrong and he should be returned, but Trump has covered that up and defied the court and you fell for it.
  3. They continue to support anything the man wants to do. Blind loyalty to one man.
  4. Trump told Bekele that he needs to build 5 more prisons for all the citizens trump is gonna send there. I'm sure taxpayers will pay for this as well
  5. My answer does not say that. In fact who do not know for sure but it's a fair assumption that each inmate has a cost.
  6. He was in the lot, we're paying for him. You're trying to hard to rationalize you're incorrect position
  7. Let me help you here. The answer is yes. We are paying El Salvador $6M per year for the first batch of people sent to CECOT.
  8. He was also in a union.
  9. The one that keeps proving you to be a liar.
  10. A federal immigration judge granted him a legal protective order in 2019 that allowed him to stay in the U.S.
  11. In America everyone deserves due process. We don't send people to foreign prisons because we assume they committed a crime. That is dangerous. We both know that he's not going to get due process in El Salvador and he's going to die in that prison. All because of a mistake. His gang affiliations are Chicago bulls swag. You're better than this.
  12. Yes he came here illegally but was later declared a legal resident. He was mistakenly sent to prison and deserves to come back.
  13. And an innocent man's wife and kids lost.
  14. He was a legal resident and had no criminal record.

Trump defies the courts, Sends migrants to El Sal Prison

It was a mistake and they are trying to cover up the admission of the mistake.
  16. He was never charged, had no criminal record and was a legal resident.
  17. He was never charged with any crime in the US or El Salvador. He was declared a legal resident of the US. He was illegally removed from the US and therefore needs to be returned. As far as being morally superior than you, I never said that. I would hope that we could all agree that it's wrong to take a legal resident of the US and send them to a foreign prison with no due process, no charges and no trial. If you don't agree with that then yes in question your morals
  18. Link to him being a gang banger?

Trump defies the courts, Sends migrants to El Sal Prison

No it wasn't overruled. It was ignored. Trump ignored the ruling and sent him to prison. He admitted the mistake, then court ruled that Garcia should be back, trump is ignoring that. Garcia was here before Biden. Has nothing to do with Biden. We have to deal with it because we elected trump.
  20. His wife and kids want him back. He has a life here and didn't deserve to be sent to prison for the rest of his life. He committed no crime. I want him back because I believe in fairness, decency and the rule of law.
  21. What is "we"? His wife and kids want him back. His friends want him back. People who believe in the rule of law want him back.
  22. He was sent to prison because of our presidents opinion, and we are paying El Salvador to keep him in prison. If we wanted him back, he would be back. Your excuses are weak.

A judge ruled that he could stay here legally. Cut and dry. You can't take a legal resident and send to a foreign prison. How is this even a debate?
  24. And a judge said he could legally stay in the US. Why do you magas keep ignoring that?
