If someone is gonna make the claim that Putin would never invade Ukraine while Trump was president, I want to know why. It IS a valid question. There is no real answer, since Trump is on record for letting it happen. Is your story now that Russia only invaded Ukraine because they were scared Ukraine was gonna join NATO?
