It's an awareness thing that might not need to exist if the homophobic knuckledraggers - like so many of the ones who inhabit this forum and start threads such as this - wouldn't be so hateful, obsessive and ignorant toward. For the most part, they just want to live their lives, be left alone and be able to celebrate their culture. It's the same thing for Black History Month and Hispanic Heritage Month. If the LGBTQ community makes you uncomfortable, all the more reason to have a Gay Pride Month. You'd be surprised at how many of those in that community don't believe biologically born men should compete in women's sports, don't support tranny bookreading time in schools and other means of advancing an agenda. Probably a vast majority. MAGAturds hypercatastophize the small percentage of what brings negative attention to. So many of you claim you don't care about something such as the war in Ukraine because it doesn't affect you. You can bet your ass that the war in Ukraine has a far greater impact on your daily life than the LGBTQ community does.
