So far, Trump largely is respecting the orders from the lower courts, but if he ignores them right up to and including the Supreme Court, there's not much that can be done about it. It would take the U.S. Marshal's Office to toss him in jail, and he's over the U.S. Marshal's Office and can just tell them to fook off. You trumpeted the recovery of that $31 million, only it happened before Trump office under a bill passed during the Biden administration.

It was done through a bill that Biden signed.

So under Biden's watch, the Consolidated Appropriations act gave the treasury to access the Full Death Master File and come up with the $31 million, which isn't a hell of a lot. Pro tip: Always a good idea to dig a little deeper to get the full story.
