The crazy part is that Brees actually 155 more passes then Rodgers and only had 1 more TD pass.... and 1 less td's total.

In the Superdome, I would take the Saints to roll.. on the road in SF, I will take SF and the points.

I don't think there is any way that the Saints can beat the Packers in Lambeau. Especially if the Packers get healthy by then. We already know that they are a different team away from the Superdome.

since this is turning into a game thread, I will throw in my 2 cents.... Officiating is horrible. I'm still trying to figure out how these challenges even help the coaches. Schwartz is forced to challenge two plays because of bad calls, one of which still goes against him because of "inconclusive evidence" and then he's out of challenges, so he can't challenge another bad call that cost his team a TD.... I have never seen 3 worse calls against one team in one half.

I am up 50.95. He has Rodgers, Nelson & Graham left and I have Roddy.... I like my chances, but I haven't counted my chickens yet. All 3 of his guys could have monster weeks...

IMO he should definitely be in. I agree that if he played in the AFC, then he would be a lock. Prior to this week he ranked the following in the NFC QB Rating- 4th (Rodgers, Brees, Romo, Stafford) Comp %- 4th (Brees, Rodgers, Romo, Stafford) Yds- 4th (Brees, Eli, Rodgers, Stafford) TD's- 3rd (Rodgers, Brees, Stafford) YPG- 4th (Brees, Eli, Rodgers, Stafford) BTW- Notice that you don't see Newton anywhere in there, but obviously Newton gets a huge bump for his running ability. That said, Stafford should also get a bump for leading his team into the playoffs. Also those rankings do not include anything that has happened this week thus far.

No one ever questioned his speed, just his durability and his inability to be an every down back. He has looked much better than I expected him to, so I give him credit for that. He has shown that he can run all over the below average run defenses, but I would still like to see him put together a good all around game versus an above average run defense.

Looks like he is benched for now. He's standing on the sideline without a helmet. Doesn't look that pleased either.

Yeah Rout mugged Calvin at the 6 which was huge. I bet it was an exciting game to be at. Both teams are borderline playoff caliber teams with some really exciting young talent. Great game to watch. Lions are 1 game away from clinching a playoff birth....

A ton of drops today, but Stafford is an incredible player...especially for being so young still. Even with the previous injuries, I always thought he was a tough player, but this year he has proven to be a very tough and clutch player. As a Lions fan I am very happy to have him on my side.

At this point we can only hope for some check downs to him and hopefully pick up some underneath yards on this final drive.

Jets defense... or the entire team for that matter. The only way my opponent stays in the game is to have Vick and McCoy to both have huge days.... they are getting very very close to having huge days in what was supposed to be a tough matchup.

Might as well be 100... I don't even know why the officials even pick the flags up. They might as well just leave them lay on the field for the entire game. Both teams are completely undisciplined and their games are called very chippy.... This will be a fun game to watch (shootout style), but the flags will fly all game.

I got knocked out of the playoffs in my secondary league this week. 12 team league, but for some odd reason our commish only allows 4 teams in the playoffs. Anyway, I was up 55 and my opponent had Romo, Cruz & Robinson to go. I certainly thought it would be close, but he got 36 from Romo, 7 from Cruz and 19 from Robinson to beat me by 8... probably not my worst loss every where, but this one has me pretty bitter at the moment.

I said this a couple of weeks ago, but IMO if Andre Johnson is active, you play him. He got me 9.7 pts then in a shortened game. There is no way that Kubiak lets him play again until he shows he is 100%. So if he is active, I will be playing him.
