I need all 12 teams to join, then I can run the offline draft, waivers will start right after that. I believe the waiver order, before the season, is the reverse of the draft order.

Did gocolts get in? Are we all set for monday? It's an 18 round draft. Were there roster minimums or maximums? I dont believe so.
