Need dynasty TE help - V Davis or D Keller?

Tough call. Neither of them are studs, but Favre's presence is inflating all the Jets receivers' values. Still, I don't see SF's offense improving all that much to the point that Davis will ever live up to the hype he came into the league with. Stay pat with Keller for this season and keep your eye out for better prospects. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me out…

Matchup Problems! Can't decide who to start.

QB: McNabb. I don't like Big Ben's chances against JAX. Warner is intriguing, in that for all the mistakes he'll make against BUF, he'll probably still toss for a ton of yards and get a couple of scores. But looking at your roster, I don't know who you could let go. Probably best to stay pat and stick with McNasty. RB: Gore and Portis. LJ got lucky playing DEN and their non-existent D, and LenWhale has both Chris Johnson taking carries away and the Ravens' D to contend with. WR: Fitz, Wayne, and Witten. It's really a toss-up between Jackson and Witten, but I think the TE is the way to go. Granted, with the Bengals lack of defense, I can see Romo tossing the long ball to Me-O. all day, but Witten's too good to sit in this situation. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me out…

    RUNNING BACKS

Out of those three, Moore seems the best choice. From what I've read, Benson will be 3rd string, and I don't think he'll move up much in the depth chart. And with Maroney coming back from injury, Morris's touches will be limited even more than NE already does. Although, I read just recently that PIT just re-signed Najeh Davenport. I'm also considering Moore, and I'm not sure whether he or Davenport is the guy to go with. But out of the three you mentioned, Moore is the man. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me out…

    Get MJD

Not sure. With the running game looking like a triage ward, Big Ben might go into more no-huddle like he did late in the Monday night game, which means more passing. Your RB situation isn't bad at all, and I don't think that you need to go with this trade right away. I would hold off until after their game against JAX. See how Mewelde Moore and Najeh Davenport affect the offense. They'll be on the bye in Week 6, so you'll be able to judge the trade better in the interim. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me out…

    Pick From These Sub-par Rbs

Need two (one RB, one Flex): McGahee v. PIT Thomas v. SF Young v. KC At this point, it's probably a coin flip with this group. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Rodgers Or Cutler

Lesman is right. Cutler is the way to go. He's clearly hitting on all cylinders, and against KC, it's a no-brainer. And there's no way Double-A will match Cutler's points this week, unless TB goes pass heavy again and it ends up a shootout (highly unlikely). Start Cutler and don't look back. Good luck.
  7. JAX is a run-first offense, and they use their RBBC a lot better than NE, so I can see Fragile Fred racking up more FPts than Maroney for the rest of the year. Even though Cassel isn't going to the air as much as Brady, I don't see them running as effectively as JAX. So go with Taylor. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me…

Please Help Ugly Choices-will Answer Yours

Clearly you have to start Anderson against the pitiful Bengals D. Jacksonville will eat Schaub alive. Personally, I hope Anderson turns it around this weekend, as I have the equally pitiful Ochenta-y-Cinco and if he doesn't start performing, I might have to bench him permanently or trade him for a towel boy. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me…

Rivers Or Cutler In Week 4?

Talk about an embarrassment of riches. I wish I had your dilemma. Start Cutler. I like his matchup and momentum only slightly more than Rivers. Seriously, it's probably a coin flip with these two, but Denver's offense is just smoking everyone. And their defense is so suspect that they have to run up points. In fact, I'd shop Rivers around to shore up another position. Having two high-calibre QBs like that might be more of a headache than you want. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me…

Need To Pick 2 Of 3.

I agree. Portis and SJax are the way to go. Philly's run defense is too good for Forte to run on them. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me…

Trade Advice Chester Taylor For Witten

I would not pull the trigger. I think your backups are more than capable in the event that AD goes down. And the gap between Witten and Fasano is too huge to trade for a RB2. Stay pat and watch Witten lead all TEs all year. I know I will be Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me…

    PPR Sit/Start Marshall, Bush

Marshall and Bush. I loves me some Cooley, but Campbell only threw to him once last week, and I think it was late in the game. If they're not smart enough to go to Cooley early and often, I'd be more inclined to go with Fasano, with whom Chad seems to have developed a nice rapport. Maybe WAS will smarten up, but with the way they played last week, I might just gamble with Fasano's hot hand. Hope that helps. Good luck.

    Quadruple Whammy

I think Cassel is worth more than Ryan or Flacco by default just because of the weapons he has at his disposal. But having to give up AJ would be a tough pill to swallow. And with you WR corps as it is, I don't think you can hold up for the next 6 weeks waiting for Colston to heal up. I say stay put and see if Ryan performs well against an actual defense. If so, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Good luck.

    Deuce or Pierre

Everyone is saying Pierre Thomas has taken the #2 RB spot from Deuce McAllister. I have Deuce, and Pierre is available on the wire? Should I pull the trigger? I don't know enough about Thomas or NO's situation to make an informed decision. Any help would be appreciated. Send a link and I'll answer yours. Thanks.

    Deuce or Pierre

Thanks for all the help, sirs. The bid is in, and hopefully by Friday morning, $11 will be enough to win Pierre Thomas. I just hope no one else in the league bids on him.

Need to start 2 of these 3 RBs

I think it's a consensus. Jacobs and Barber. Let Turner prove himself against Tampa's D first, and if he does, you'll have an embarassment of riches at the RB position. That's when you'll really be in a pickle. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me out...

Addai for Edwards or Chris Johnson for TJ Housh?

Tough call, but I agree with TimE. In terms of value, Housh for Johnson is the way to go. Addai is too valuable in your backfield to give him up. Hope that helps. Now, maybe you can help me out...

    ok...colsten out...

Tough call. If you have to pick up someone like Patten or Henderson (and in a PPR league, I'd go with Patten since Henderson is more of a home run guy), I'd drop one of your backup RBs like Hightower or Stewart, leaning more toward Hightower. Good luck. Now, maybe you can help me out...

    Seeking trade advice

Chris Johnson? Intriguing, but I think you need more help at the WR position than at RB. I would shop Royal around just because having both he and Marshall on your team might be counter-productive. At any rate, I say you should still hold off on trade #2, unless you package Royal and a RB for Johnson and a comparable WR. Probably a pie-in-the-sky prospect, but give it a shot.
  20. I would do it. The Bengals offense looks off-kilter, and you're RB corps looks good enough to offset the loss. Plus, Ocho Cinco is still nursing that injury, and if can boost your WR set for a few weeks with Meachem, I say go for it. Good luck. Now, maybe you can help me out...

    Rank these RB's

You have the order right: Norwood, Thomas, Ward. I don't think ATL will be able to run over everyone each week like they did against DET, but Norwood's still the best of the three. Now, maybe you can help me out...

    Seeking trade advice

Take trade 1. You have a stout RB corp and the gain of Delhomme will more than offset losing a bye week guy like Stewart. Do not pull the trigger on trade 2. Marshall's suspension has put a huge chip on his shoulder, and he'll want to prove himself now moreso than ever. He was a stud already, but now he'll be mucho dangerous. I don't know if you're talking about Calvin Johnson or Ocho Cinco, but I don't think you'll gain more with either. Stay the course. Now, maybe you can help me out...

    Monday Night

What he said. Thanks to the erroneous reports of McGahee playing and Ocho Cinco giving me Solamente Dos points, I need 30+ from Selvin Young and Aaron Rodgers. Plus I need Ryan Longwell to score nothing, or at least keep it low. Bad enough to start the season 0-1, but to lose to my longtime rival (and League Commish to boot) is too much to bear. I believe in Aaron Rodgers!

    How did I draft?

My league's draft was two Sundays ago (standard snake draft). Since I'm in a keeper league, pretty much all the top RBs were already horded. And since I was drafting 9th out of 14, I decided to go heavy on top WRs early. Here is how it panned out for me: Franchise: W. McGahee 1: L. Fitzgerald (ARI) 2: C. Johnson (CIN) 3. J. Witten (DAL) 4. M. Harrison (IND) 5. S. Young (DEN) 6. no pick (traded it last year) 7. A. Bradshaw (NYG) 8. A. Rodgers (GB) 9. D. McAllister (NO) 10. K. Walter (HOU) 11. Titans D/ST 12. J. Reed (PIT) Waiver pickup: D. Bennett (STL) My full roster is below, including starter requirements. Let me know your opinions. Thanks.
