first of all, Phoenix you need to quit your day job and write for a FF mag/website. Seriously, all i ever hear the "experts" talk about is "i know this" and "heres what will happen this year". But, no one, and I mean NO ONE, ever goes back to see who was right and who was wrong. I think its because if we ever found out how often these "experts" were wrong, we'd stop listening to them. Anyway, great stuff. 80s - Valid points and some great stuff too. One thing that i think we can get out of this info is consistency. In other words, which picks represent the greatest risk vs the most solid consistency in your draft. That way you can balance your team with guys who are consistent, but unspectacular and those who are inconsistent but potentially explosive. Also, and i think someone else touched on this, but it could help dispell a number of myths about drafting certain positions in certain draft spots. For example, drafting a top WR is much safer than a tier 2 or 3 RB.

Looking to play online for a small cash prize league. I'd really like to find one thats PPR and most do not seem to offer this. I checked out CBS (cause thats where my main league is set up), but their generic leagues dont have PPR, plus their draft style sucks. Any suggestions?

Anyone know of a good site to play in? Just looking for a small potatoes, cash prize league thats run online. My big league is run on CBS, but they dont even offer PPR leagues. PLus, i hear really bad things about their draft. If you suggest, can you also provide some info? Such as PPR option, payout % (i.e. rake), payout reliability, ease of use, draft style and ease of use, support, etc... Thanks in advance.

So, i'm in 2 leagues, one is PPR the other is non. Virtually all else is the same. I've got both leagues and their rules entered into the compiler and i'm switching between the 2 to see how the ranks change. However, i dont see anything changing. Am i missing something? I figured in my PPR league, WRs would be ranked much higher in the cheatsheet. But, nothing changes. Thanks

not to call you out, but if they cut him before the 1st game, they get back ALL of this years $5 Mil salary for the cap. So, if they think he will be an issue all year, or he will not be healthy (or whatever they think), its actually better for them to cut "The player" loose sooner rather than later.

- FWP is going hUGe this year - 49ers O will be much improved this year (as in maybe middle of the pack) - Brady looks ready for another big year - Eagles D looks to be back to old form - Leftwich looks like he just isnt gonna peak the way Del Rio et al believe. He still looks slow, indecisive, and inaccurate - T Glenn is a P.I.M.P. - J Jones AND Barber would be stud starting RBs on any other team. Together, they cancel out each others value - SA - doesnt look like hutchinson was that important - LT2 - who knows, but the way Turner is playing, there could be a bit of RBBC here. Before you fly off the handle on this one, it wont be 50/50, but Turner looks too good to not have him in on abotu 10-15 plays a game.
