    Earliest you would draft Peyton?

my league is a 12 team redraft, ppr, flex+TE, 6 pt per td pass, bonus pts for td passes over 20 yds and 300 yd games. So, he has gone top 15 in that league in each of the last 3 years. I wouldnt take him with my 1st pick overall, but definitely with my second pick. He automatically gives you a ~5-7 pt edge per game over virtually every other QB in the league (except maybe Brady or Carson if healthy). See this post for a strategy this year that i've been mulling over: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=219250

    Jamal Lewis outlook

anyone see how he looked in the scrimmage tonight?

    Rookie RB's

is he really 5'5"???? He's listed at 5'8", but i've never actually seen him, so i wouldnt know.

    Eagles Preseason

looks like each team will get 1 qtr tomorrow (i.e. 1st team in the 1st, 2nd team in the 2nd, etc...). I'm sure that rest is no big deal when your starters are only playing 15 minutes on Sunday. As for the game itself, i'm more interested to see the RBs than the WRs. Anyone know if Moats, Perry, and Buckhalter r playin?

    Rookie RB's

Yeah, RBs who are 5-8 are never any good....Barry, Priest, Westbrook, etc...

    Ryan Moats projections

35 is reasonable and here's why... Moats is dinged right now, but is expected to be healthy in plenty of time for the season. Expect to see sets with both westy and moats this year. Reid loves creating matchup nightmares for LBs Westy will get injured at some point and Moats will likely fill in With how the Iggles like to throw to their RBs, those fill in games will boost up his #s

    Rookie RB's

cant argue with any of that Walker, so i'll just add my 2 cents... Drew - I live in Jax and word out of camp is that he looks solid. it would take a series of injuries for him to see time though. B Calhoun - This guy is gonna be a FF semi-stud someday. Again, it could just be playing time this year. He's not exactly sitting behind any studs in Draftkiller Jones and Bryson, so i could see him working into some real p-time.

Everybody knows the top 3 RBs & top 3 QBs, BUT...

smith moss holt no way i go with CJ this year with Palmer hobbling like Kaiser Soze. Fitz and Anquan will drop off since the Cards will NOT throw 600 times this year. And Ownes, as good as he is, will be suffocated in the Parcells Offense.

Just had draft, think bold strategy could pan out

interesting approach and u certainly could dominate if things play out right. You could also have some major trade bait should a you hit on all your bets. the only thing about that draft strategy is that you now have major lineup decisions every week at both RB and QB (a total of 3 or maybe 4 players each week). If you're confident in your lineup skillz, then more power to you. Personally i would go nuts if i made the wrong decisions a few weeks in a row. I'd rather have a solid QB, 2 solid RBs and 1 solid WR, then i'm only deciding on my last 2 WR each week. but hey, I've finished 2nd in each of the last 5 seasons, so what the f do i know maybe i do this and it pushes to the winners circle

    Marcedes Lewis

i live in jax and i can tell you an emphatic NO. Not only would i question his talent level to be top 5, but Byron (dont call me Bryan) Leftwich has never been able to throw to a tight end. Granted Kyle Brady wasnt exactly the prototypical athletic TE, but he was servicable and Byron never found him. Add to that the fact that the Jags are a defensive minded team who rarely scores more than 20 and I would stay away from Lewis.

    GREED GREED AND GREED

i guess you cant have greed without jealousy in there somewhere too.

    Frank Gore

Isnt virtually every NFL team a RBBC commitee now? Not the obvious ones of course (SEA, SD, KC, NYG etc...). But, once you get away from the top 8 or so, i think every back loses carries to the backups. Based on that and on what i saw from Gore last year, i'd take him above the ADP this year. It depends on how my draft goes and what my team looks like in the 5th or 6th, but i'd consider him as high as early 5th rnd. I have the 2nd pick in a "ppr, redraft, 6 pt TDs for all" league and i was thinking of going RB-WR-WR-RB. So, in that scenario, i probably wouldnt take him. But, if for some reason i go RB-WR-WR-QB, then I would definitely snacth him up in the 5th.

    NFL Network and Time Warner

FYI, the antenna is built into the satellite dish now and if you have HD, who cares as all major networks broadcast in HD now. And yes they blackout the satellite feed, but its still on the antenna Of course, screw 'em all since they're making billions off of a 100% unregulated industry. They got us by the short & curly's and there's nothing we can do about it. I love how comcast tried to charge me $90 for cable PLUS $50 for internet each friggin month. The first provider that figures out I only want 7,8 channels at most will have my unquestioning loyalty. Something tells me its coming on the internet and it will dominate all others.

    2nd Pick - L.T. or Alexander

you're not gonna have to make that choice. With Willie Roaf retiring, plus injury concerns, i dont see LJ goin #1. So, you'll end choosing between whoever doesnt go 1 (LT or SA) and LJ. IMO.

    Mcnabb fires back

i cant wait until T.O. has been retired for 3 or 4 years. Then, we get to hear all the news stories about how he went broke by wasting his money on 40 ft gold statues of himself and a after buying a bridge in brooklyn. Seriously, this guy better hope he has a better babysitter than rosnehaus or he's gonna end up in mike tysonville.

    The turn......

i would go wr(or gates)-wr. i hate picking up that 3rd rb so early. you can always try to squeeze rb value out of 5,6 or 7 even in some drafts. I'm also gonna subscribe to the qb matchup theory this year, so i'm not too worry about grabbing them early.
