    The tide here has turned into an evil political battle between the board, the more bored and the trolls.  Pretty much the same for the past 5 years. 
    Oh well...I still read sh1t here every day cause there are some very intelligent posters on all sides of the political spectrum that I learn from day in and day out.  
    So I guess it's not sooo bad.

    Biggest news here I guess is that FBG shut down their politics forum so we've had an infusion of new people of both political persuasions.  I think it is a net good thing to get some new blood/perspectives, but don't tell them that, as I often tell them they are worthless.  :cheers: 

    Still in Kentucky, but a much bigger city. Still in the classroom, but with a few more job titles tacked on. 
     

    what happened at FBG? Were they not being excellent to each other?

    Buying a house with a "serious girlfriend" is not a good idea IMO, but it seems that ship has sailed, so good luck. :cheers:

    Why? If she goes, I can still afford everything and I have a bachelor pad. If things keep going smoothly, then we've got practice living together and all that.

     

    I guess, more accurately, I bought a house and my girlfriend lives with me, splits utilities, buys groceries, and decorates.

    Yeah, that was out the window back when I still posted here regularly. I gave it the ol' college try for about a semester and decided to stop deluding myself.

     

    So what's new with everyone here? Kids? New jobs?
