Tough call here, I want to start Greene myslef but until he shows something (as you mention, could be this game) I think I would start McGahee, he ran for over 100 yards and a TD last week so Denver does not need to rush Moreno back.
-
Tough to hold out the leading rusher in the NFL at the moment, they are going to want to run the ball to keep Brady off the field.
Thanks for the reply and good luck

Before last week I would have said yes but if Thomas is going to be the man then no, he would be a great flex if he gets the bulk of the carries plus McFadden has an injury past and you can never have enough backs

I am going to put in D. Nelson over Burleson as my #3 WR this week but I am considering N. Burleson in my flex over Greene & Hightower, usually I would go with Hightower but this could be tough mathup, my choices are
N. Burleson @ Vikings
S. Greene @ Oakland
T. Hightower @ Dallas
L. Moore (not considering until he shows some form)
F. Jones (not really considering here)
Sorry, forgot to putting scoring, standard no PPR

Looks like a genius move so far. Hopefully Stafford stays healthy or you migh end up suddenly being very thin at QB.
I am sure most of us took our backups very quickly
-
I will join the party, I worked my mock drafts around getting 4 guys at the right price and so far so good, all producing nicely, hopefully it keeps up and Stafford stays healthy.
T. Hightower - 6th
M. Stafford - 7th
J. Graham - 9th
N. Burleson - 12th (we play 3 WR)

its now or never for Shonne Green. the jets should have the lead and run the ball all day.
I need help with felix (at SF) or willis (vs cinn)
iam leaning felix cuz I play vs him in another league
I agree, I think I would play Jones as well but I think you do well either way on this one as long as Moreno is out.

You got to go with F. Jones. They are playing the 49ers which held Lynch to nothing rushing. But you go to look at this way Lynch hasn't done much in his career and the Seahawks have maybe the worst O-line in the NFL. I think holding Lynch to so little yards rushing is a false facade on the 9er's defense. Adrian Foster is starting so Tate's carries will be limited this week. Will probably only get around 5-10 carries at most. S. Greene is such a wild card but is splitting carries with LT. F. Jones will get more touches than the other two and could possibly break one or two for big gains and TD's.
My question
Steve Smith (Car) or Jordy Nelson for flex
Green-Ellis or S. Greene for RB2
Eli Manning or Sanchez for QB
Thanks!
Easy ones first, Greene & Eli
Nelson has a lot of competion, I was not a big fan of Smith this year due to Cam but Smith can fly and get open and with Cam's arm he can find Smith on a couple of huge broken plays. I am not a big fan of Cam in this one but I do think Smith will do well.

I think PHL is going to struggle against the run so I vote CLE

Bears are tough against WR's plus Moore should be back so it will be spread around, I go Starks

Standard scoring, I am starting Forte and Hightower, need 1 more for flex
F. Jones
S. Greene
B. Tate

Totally agree with you. Surprises me that they are flying so far under the radar.
I don't know why u think it is a surprise they r flying under the radar, they were one of the worst defenses last year in the NFL and most probably feel the success of the first game was due to Collins and IND. I however like this defense and made it point to get them in the last round of my draft, Phillips has always made drastic improvements with defenses, I like the additions they have made in free agency and getting the rookie Watts. I got to watch two preseason games and that defense is an attcking defense, they may get burnt here and there but they are going to put a lot of pressure on QB's. I drafted Detroit late as well and will be playing the matchups, this week it will be Detroit at home against KC but I think Houston puts a whole lot more pressure on Henne than NE did.

I think I make this trade.
Starting lineup
AP / Hightower
Wayne / Wallace
U can easily start Loyd every week, leaving you just one flex spot to fill. U have a little bit of RB depth, I am sure there are some good TE still out there such as Dickson and as Elf said, there are probably some WR out there as well. Not sure what this does for you bye weeks but I am leaning towards the trade, if he really wants this deal then make him add one more player, play up Marshall's big day.
Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply
I am a big Burleson fan this year, he was one of the 4 players I targeted for late round picks and I play him as my #3 but if I had this choice I goes Wells. Wells is the man this year as long as he stays healthy, I know Burleson has a sweet matchup but I don't think I play a #2 WR vs. a clear cut # 1 RB.

I believe Jacksonville has some injuries and I don't believe they will sustain many drives, I am not usually one to bench your studs but you u r talking about benching your 1st/2nd rounder for your 3rd rounder who has a great matchup so I go Hillis and don't even look back.
-
I don't like the trade as is, I would consider what your counter is though but this comes from a guy who is not high on Williams this year so take that for what it is worth.
-
L. Moore is my 4th WR, I did try to get Henderson this week but did not get him. - Thanks
-
You were not kidding on your options, nice p/u on McGahee, my only 2 considerations are McGahee and Cadillac and I think I go McGahee. Bengals line will not be as good as OAK so I think he has success IF Moreno is out, if Moreno is playing I probably go Cadillac against the G men (I believe Jackson is already ruled out)
-
Two nice matchups but DET is at home and Dallas secondary is hurting so I would play the Lions which I am this week...
-
Definitely Brit until you see some more body of work between Smith/Cam both have tough matchups this week but I go Brit.
A little advice requested from my esteemed colleagues

First one is easy for me, McGahee. 100 yards and a TD last week, DEN does not need to rush Moreno back.
I don't think I could sit Gronkowski for Tolbert at this point, you have to like all the catches Tolbert is getting and with Floyd and Gates hurt that could be even more looks but I don't think KC has the personnel to slow down V. Jackson. With Hernandez out, Gronkowski either gets coveraged rolled more his way or he gets extra looks, I think the later, with Welker, Branch and even #85 to worry about, I think Rob gets his.
