I justify the action because it's in the rules. Because you don't like that, it really doesn't matter in their league now does it? If you get arrested for something stupid, and the local police say it's justified but it wasn't against the law, are you fighting the arrest or just accepting it? Oh never mind. You will never get it. I would sit the defense because it's a win if I do vs. taking the chance to lose. And it would be a legal move in my league if we had that rule. Which every person in the league would have the same rules applied to their decisions.
