For sure. Sucks you had to go through something like. Freaking scary for real. Hope you got fully back to normal. The first surgery they did on my nephew didn't work either. I think they said it was a complete blockage of a subclavian artery and he had no pulse left in his arm. They also said something about thoracic outlet syndrome ? Anyway, time will tell. Health can be a game of inches it seems. It's good not to take it for granted.

Never heard of it. But I have a nephew who was in great health but having numbness in one of his arms over the past couple months, got checked out and was told it was a nerve issue. The doctor had him going to physical therapy but it wasn't going away. A month ago, he saw his hand in spots started turning black. (And no, not changing races). He went to the emergency room and they did all their tests and he ended up in intensive care and the doc told his mom he may lose his arm but his heart is fine. Ended up he had a clot in one of his arteries that they couldn't remove. They came up with a solution that could save his arm. It included a bypass and a rib removal as well as an additional blood clot removal. They found a doctor at another hospital who knew how to do all three in the same surgery. They set up a time and day, transported him to another hospital, did the surgery. Took 7 hours and now he's in recovery. News is good so far. If he lost his arm, I know he would have hated the idea of a an "Awareness" month..
