Harris supporter screaming in child’s face

They were so anxious to label this person a Democrat and a Harris Campaign paid organizer, that they never bothered to verify the details. This was debunked shortly after the OP was posted.

    Here come the tariffs

How many tariffs have actually been implimented and what has been the economic impact?

    Make “Whites Only” Great Again

They says it is legal because it is a private members association or a private club. There are only about 40 people living there and it seems to be in remote part of the Ozarks, so I would doubt that any blacks, Jews, or gays will try to move in so there can be a court challenge.

This seems an outlier. Let's see if any other reputable polling outfit can replicate it.

Spencer Pratt exposes Newsome Fire Aid scam

If so that shouldn't be allowed by the mods, but carry on.

Spencer Pratt exposes Newsome Fire Aid scam

You joined June 18. So you admit you are an alias account of someone who was banned or suspended? If so who was that?

Spencer Pratt exposes Newsome Fire Aid scam

Oh the irony from a FF Rookie poster with only 47 posts.
  9. He is being pedantic, he is saying that unless the Constitution specifcally spells out it in black and white, then it is not in the Constitution. Fun Fact: SCOTUS has found a right to privacy under the Constitution, although it is not mentioned in the main document or any amendment. By the same token if SCOTUS has ruled that aliens who have entered the country come under the protective scope of the Due Process Clause, then they are saying that they are accorded protection under the Constitution (albeit indirectly).
  10. No, it is not an issue of semantics, due process was not given. If you want to say it was a mistake, OK, but then it was a mistake that denied him due process. A distinction without a difference.
  11. Yes, that is what started this thread. The argument has not been that he couldn't be deported under any circumstances, it was that if he was deported, then due process must be accorded to him which was not the case here.
  12. In the context of the U.S. Constitution, particularly the Fourteenth Amendment, being "under the jurisdiction of the United States" generally means being subject to its laws and political authority.
  13. Yes I was talking about Garcia, who was not accorded due process when he was first deported to El Salvador (which is why we have this thread). per Google: a judge did rule in his favor regarding his wrongful deportation, preventing his immediate deportation and ordering his return to the US, it was a temporary measure to ensure due process.
  14. Of course it does. No point in arguing with him because he just keeps repeating like a parrot: "Nope, not for illegals, they have no right to due process"
  15. Who embrace simple common sense, like the notion that everyone is entitled to due process under the Constitution?
  16. Fun Fact: Everyone under the jurisdiction of the United States is accorded due process under the Constitution, whether they are a citizen or a non-citized and here legally or illegally,
  17. You seem to think this is a winning issue, yet you can't point to anything that supports your position (like maybe one poll showing a majority of Amercians want due process denied in deportation proceedings). The Founding Fathers understood that if you can deny due process to anyone, then you can deny it to everyone and I think most Amercians can grasp that concept too.
  18. RLLD thinks denying due process to the documented is a winning issue for Republicans, but I just don't see it. If you have links to other polls that show different results, then please post them.
  19. Believe it or don't, most Americans really do care about due process for the undocumented being accorded in judicial proceedings according to polls I've seen. From Google AI overview: Yes, a significant majority of Americans support due process for undocumented immigrants. A recent poll found that 63% of adults support requiring due process before deporting individuals, with even higher support among Democrats and Independents. This aligns with the constitutional guarantee that all persons within the U.S. borders, including those who are undocumented, are entitled to due process protections.
  20. Hardly my style. And if anyone is on a street corner yelling about Trump/ICE denying due process to Garcia, I doubt anyone would expect them to be wearing a MAGA hat and would probably assume they are on the left.
  21. Fun Fact: Everybody here knows that I am a liberal, or at least they should.
  22. Which isn't true (except for his being here undocumented none of the other allegations against him have been proven) and we keep saying what type of person he is, is completely irrelevant to the issue of whether he was denied due process in his deportation proceeding.

    Trump Recession Thread (aka Trumpcession)

I am not pretending to and I wasn't pretending when Biden was POTUS (I think I pointed out in some thread that he was not responsible for the raise in the price of eggs nor on the higher prices of the other consumer items (a lot of it was corporate greed of companies raising prices simply because they coud).
  24. OK...but you avoided answering my question: How does the Abrego Garcia case/situation show corruption by Democrats?
