She has a greater obligation to follow the Constitution by certifying the election, otherwise she would be no better than Trump.

I’m willing to question the media now.

Maybe because he is a convicted felon (34 felonies, count em!) -
Because she belives in following the Constitution.
-
Yes, she will concede this evening. And yes because she will ceritfy the results as VP in January and follow the Constitution.
-
No she just pointed out that while he was opposing school busing to achieve a racial balance, she was one of the black children who was being bussed (a true fact, not a lie).
-
I don't know what Trump's top priorities should be... But I can see "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?" being removed from all job applications moving forward.

She never said she was lying.

I did. Cruz's seat in Texas I thought was always safe. Georgia looked competative but Trump always was leading in the polls the last few months. North Carolina did not look winnable until the last couple weeks and Trump must have been concerned about it, spending 3 days there in the closing week of the campaign. -
Reid was talking about North Carolina. From Variety what she actually said. https://x.com/Variety/status/1854146801961521647 MSNBC host Joy Reid: “Black voters came through for Kamala Harris. White women voters did not.” “It’s a state where women lost their reproductive rights, where there was a very heavy push to get women to focus on not … putting back into the White House the person who was responsible for taking those rights away. And restoring them. But that message obviously was not enough to get enough white women to vote for Vice President Harris, a fellow woman.” Read more here: https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/joy-reid-white-women-voters-kamala-harris-msnbc-1236202437/

Harris departed on Air Force Two after a campaign stop on Saturday in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was scheduled to head to Detroit, but once the aircraft was in the air, aides said it was actually going to New York. Her appearance on the show was confirmed by three people familiar with Harris’ plans who were not authorized to speak publicly about them. It is the final SNL episode before Election Day on Tuesday.
