So they tried different things and finally came up with this funky approach of "let's see how many voters place a president in the top and bottom two in their personal ranking" and use that. Maybe the first results of this creative poll has Gerald Ford as the worst. So they conveniently omitted him (for no logical reason since no other poll or ranking has done so) and voilà! Biden comes out as the worst.
