A person with an IQ of 78 could not pass the State Bar in California (pass rate is about 50%) nor could they work as a career prosecutor in the San Francisco DA's office. Not proof, but reasonable inferences one could draw.

I hope we won't hear Trump supporters continuing to talk about high prices at the supermarkets, considering that Donald Trump is selling Trump watches for $100,000. -
I knew this story had to be fake and I was right. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/harris-iq-score-78/ No, Harris Didn't Receive IQ Score of 78 While Attending Howard University A rumor circulating online as a screenshot of a Reddit post claimed U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris received a score of 78 on an IQ test while attending Howard University. The assessment platform Thomas defines IQ (or intelligence quotient) as "a standard score that shows how far above or below, his/her peer group an individual stands in mental ability." For example, on Sept. 23, 2024, X user @PatrioticPizzas posted (archived) the screenshot showing the title, "Kamala's IQ Revealed." The user added, above the screenshot, "Kamala Harris had a 78 IQ when she attended Howard University." Harris graduated from the historically Black university in 1986. The post was viewed nearly 2 million times. However this rumor was unfounded, meaning we investigated but found no demonstrable evidence to support the claims. We apply the unfounded rating to claims that lack evidence and originated as hearsay or speculation. Further, the unknown user who created the Sept. 23 Reddit post (archived) on the r/america subreddit later deleted it. The post also mentioned r/AskAnAmerican and now reads, "Sorry, this post was deleted by the person who originally posted it."

I doubt anyone who passed the State Bar Of California and worked as a career prosecutor would have an IQ of 78. And if you honestly believe the meme that she is dumb, then I got some ocean front property in Arizona I would like to sell you.

https://x.com/KatiePhang/status/1838642387083550788 In a fascinating legal move, the Haitian Bridge Alliance in Springfield, Ohio, filed criminal charges against Donald Trump and JD Vance based on their “baseless fearmongering” about Haitian immigrants eating neighbors’ pets. In Ohio: private citizens can file an affidavit charging criminal offenses and the court must either issue an arrest warrant or refer it to the prosecuting attorney for investigation. -

I would say it is basicly the difference between knowing what a word means and using it properly. -
Bad break. Favre said that he "could have had over 1,000 concussions in his NFL career" and repetitive head trauma has been linked to Parkinson's disease.

A person can't be "illegal" - it's like saying they are "irregular" https://www.thoughtco.com/illegal-immigrants-or-undocumented-immigrants-721479 Good Reasons to Avoid the Term 'Illegal Immigrant' "Illegal" is uselessly vague. ("You're under arrest." "What's the charge?" "You did something illegal.") "Illegal immigrant" is dehumanizing. It defines someone who doesn't have immigration paperwork as an illegal person. This should offend everyone on its own merits, but there's also a legal, constitutional problem with defining someone as an illegal person. It's contrary to the 14th Amendment, which affirms that neither the federal government nor state governments may "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." An undocumented immigrant has violated immigration requirements, but is still a legal person under the law, as is anyone under the jurisdiction of the law. The equal protection clause was written to prevent state governments from defining any human being as anything less than a legal person. -
