He passed a test for dementia and if it was suggested to him then he must have been showing some symptoms. And we only have his word for it that he passed the test and was able to remember and repeat those five tricky words (and he would never lie about something like that, would he?) Biden's doctors did not and do not believe he has been showing signs of dementia, so there is no need for a test.
