So a person tried to assassinate Trump

    Barry Bonds? Amazing.
  2. Since rickshaw drivers still exist in some parts of the world, I would say that no, human drivers as an occupation probably won't go extinct.

Biden’s plan for Supreme Court reform

The Solicitor General of the United States is not a receptionist, they argue cases before SCOTUS.

Biden’s plan for Supreme Court reform

SCOTUS has a courtroom on the second floor of its building where oral arguments are held, so yes, she had been in an actual courtroom when she was Solicitor General.
  6. Talk about a false equivalency. You can't make this stuff up.
  7. So Taylor Swift is responsible for a stabbing spree in the UK?
  8. I am not sure what point the OP is trying to make here. Before any conclusions are drawn that Biden is responsible, one should ask: How many of them were educated in Massachusetts? How many of them are foreign born so English would not be their first language? How many of them have jobs where English proficiency is not required to effectively do the job?

Biden’s plan for Supreme Court reform

So what? You aren't qualified to be a judge if you have never stood in front of one in a court room? She was appointed Solicitor General by Obama. And as Solicitor General, Kagan's job was to act as the lawyer for the United States and defend legislation and executive actions in appeals before the Supreme Court (I think that counts as a court room). And when she was nominated to SCOTUS by Obama in 2010, the deans of over one-third of the country's law schools, 69 people in total, endorsed the nomination in an open letter. It lauded what it called her coalition-building skills and "understanding of both doctrine and policy" as well as her written record of legal analysis. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elena_Kagan
  10. Aren't there at least two other threads on this?

More likely searching for an LGBTQ connection.

Biden’s plan for Supreme Court reform

Not true, she worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Williams & Connolly, LLP, from 1989-1991.

    Sickening xenophobia on display…

And it will never change that they will insult you all day long (or me either, which is one of the reasons I have about a dozen of the usual suspects on ignore )

Is there any proof at all that rhetoric by Democrats caused this murder? No, there is none.

I Pledge Allegiance To The Flag

Fun Fact: One Nation Under God was not part of the original pledge as written but was added during the Eisenhower administration as a response to Communism.

No link and no proof this even happened.
  19. Indeed. Of all things the Opening Ceremony of The Olympics...seriously.
  20. Um, no. No one thinks what Maxine said and what Trump just said about not having to vote again are the same thing. No one.

  22. Why would he want to stop enriching himself (or his family) after just 4 years? He is not going to give up a license to print money (so to speak).
  23. That is all he's got and it's like the third time he has said that.
  24. It would be if Trump or whoever is POTUS called it an official act, as according to SCOTUS the President has absolute immunity. Recall that Trump's attorneys argued that a President could order SEAL Team 6 to kill a political rival and face no criminal consequences. https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/4398223-trump-team-argues-assassination-of-rivals-is-covered-by-presidential-immunity/ Trump team argues assassination of rivals is covered by presidential immunity Former President Trump’s legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive’s broad immunity to criminal prosecution. The hypothetical was presented to Trump attorney John Sauer who answered with a “qualified yes” that a former president would be immune from prosecution on that matter or even on selling pardons.
